Creating Space

'Creating Space' is our wellbeing group, offering a supportive and creative space for all those who would value the opportunity to relax and share with others. With a good number of us living with anxiety, low self-esteem and mental health challenges, these Saturday morning sessions (10am-12pm) provide an encouraging and positive environment in which different activities can be enjoyed together.
